AromaNova does not operate as a conventional perfume retailer. We provide an on-demand fragrance spray experience through automated stations placed within carefully selected destinations.
Our service brings together the physical station, selected fragrance profiles, controlled dispensing, cashless payment, usage monitoring, inventory management, and maintenance support. This integrated approach helps protect the quality of the customer experience while reducing the operational demand placed on the venue.

Premium venues expect consistency, discretion, and minimal disruption. AromaNova’s operational approach is designed around those expectations. Sealed fragrance cartridges help reduce the risk of liquid exposure and support cleaner handling. Low-noise operation helps preserve the atmosphere of the surrounding space, while a cashless-only model avoids on-site cash storage and collection.
The station is monitored remotely, and servicing is planned to maintain presentation, fragrance availability, and operation. Placement and servicing arrangements should be agreed with each venue in line with its access, safety, hygiene, and operational requirements.
